Shipping is handled via USPS Priority mail. A signature is required on delivery, so please give the correct first and last name when ordering. Alaska and Hawaii also get free shipping. APO and FPO addresses are ok as long as they can hold the package for you.
A tracking number and signature confirmation is assigned for each order. Please make sure that someone is there to sign for the package, or it will be stored at the Post Office and eventually returned to us! (Orders small enough to fit in an envelope will have tracking but not signature confirmation).
International Shipping (USPS)
Worldwide shipping is now available for orders of 30 or more personalized chopsticks.
We’ve had so many requests for personalized chopstick shipping to England, Canada and Australia that we have opened up our shipping to all international orders. To place an international order:
1) Place your order normally. Take note of the total cost.Indicate in the order comments that this is an international order by typing your location. We’ll invoice you for the cost (step 4).
2) Optional: To get an accurate idea of the shipping cost you can visit the USPS website with this link. Enter the dollar value of the order, the destination and the type of container based on order size speed of delivery. Note that you are not going to actually pay for shipping on the USPS site - your just getting the shipping cost. We will invoice you (in step 4 below).
3) For orders of 30-150 personalized chopsticks you’ll be using the Medium Flat Rate Box, either Priority or Express depending on your delivery speed urgency. We can sometimes squeeze in a few more chopsticks depending on type. For larger orders we’ll use the Large Flat Rate Box (Priority only). Put your shipping speed choice (Priority or Express) in your order comments as well.
4) When we receive your order we will send you a separate invoice to pay for the shipping. You’ll pay for this online exactly as when you placed the chopstick order.
Notes: Problems resulting from incorrectly provided addresses will be the customer’s responsibility. Any customs, additional local charges or tariffs will be paid for by the customer. Please allow extra shipping time to clear customs, fees and in country delivery.
